Challenge

A busy barber shop was losing clients to phone tag. The owner spent 2+ hours a day answering calls, texting back and forth about availability, and dealing with no-shows. Clients who called during a haircut went to voicemail and often booked elsewhere. No-shows were costing $400/week in lost revenue. The paper appointment book was a mess.

Solution

We built an AI booking system that handles everything. A voice AI answers calls 24/7, checks real-time availability, and books appointments on the spot. Same system works over SMS and web chat. Automated reminders go out 24 hours and 2 hours before each appointment. No-shows get flagged and require a deposit for future bookings. The owner sees a clean digital calendar synced across all channels.

Challenge

A security compliance SaaS company was busy and understaffed. The sales team was manually researching prospects on LinkedIn and Crunchbase when they had time, which was not often. They were sending generic cold emails and getting sub-1% reply rates. They knew their ICP — Series A+ startups handling sensitive data who needed SOC 2 or ISO 27001 — but had no scalable way to find and reach them.

Solution

We built an automated lead pipeline. A data agent pulls fresh company profiles from Crunchbase matching their ICP: recently funded startups in fintech, healthtech, and B2B SaaS that are hiring for security or compliance roles. For each prospect, an AI writer researches the company and generates a personalized cold email referencing their funding round, the compliance frameworks their industry requires, and the pain of doing it manually before an audit deadline. Emails are sent through a warmed domain rotation system with automated follow-up sequences. Replies route into HubSpot with lead scoring so the sales team only talks to people who are already interested.

Results

  • Cold email reply rate jumped from 0.8% to 6.2%
  • Pipeline generated 120+ qualified leads per month
  • Sales team stopped researching and started closing
  • Cost per qualified lead dropped 74% vs. previous manual process

Challenge

A mid-size freight brokerage was drowning in manual work. Brokers spent hours reading carrier emails, answering repetitive phone calls from shippers, and re-keying load data between their TMS, email, and spreadsheets. They were losing deals because they could not respond fast enough.

Solution

We built three systems. First, an AI email agent that reads incoming carrier rate confirmations, extracts lane pricing, and updates their TMS automatically. Second, a voice AI receptionist that answers shipper calls, captures load details, checks capacity, and books appointments with the right broker. Third, a custom internal tool that gives brokers a single dashboard showing real-time margin analysis, carrier scorecards, and load matching recommendations.

Results

  • Email processing time cut from 3 hours/day to 15 minutes

  • Average quote response time dropped from 45 minutes to under 5
