Straight Answers
The questions we get most about managed AI employees. No jargon. No hedging.
- How do I know if an AI employee is worth it for my business?
- We look for repeated work with clear inputs, high volume, measurable value, and a human owner who can approve the AI while it learns. If the workflow is rare, chaotic, or too regulated to start safely, we will say so.
- How much does this cost?
- AI Employees as a Service is $5K/month for the first managed role. That includes role design, buildout, integrations, monitoring, support, prompt and workflow tuning, and reasonable changes.
- How long until something is actually working?
- Most first AI employee roles launch in about 30 days. Simple intake or follow-up roles can move faster. Roles with messy data, many approvals, or complex systems may take longer.
- Do I need a tech team?
- No. We build it, deploy it, and train your people. You just answer questions about your business. That is literally it.
- What if AI is not right for us?
- We tell you. Some businesses need better process, cleaner data, or clearer ownership before an AI employee will work. We would rather say "not yet" than sell you a role nobody trusts.
- Who do you work with?
- We are best for operators with repeated admin, sales, support, document, scheduling, or operations loops: agencies, law and accounting firms, insurance teams, logistics and 3PLs, property managers, contractors, manufacturers, distributors, real estate teams, staffing agencies, hospitality groups, and local service businesses. Heavy healthcare and finance workflows need more governance before we start.
- What do I actually own when we are done?
- You own your data, accounts, and business process. We manage the AI employee while you are on retainer, including prompts, workflows, monitoring, and improvements. If you ever leave, we help document what was built so you are not trapped.
- Can you work with our existing tools?
- Yes. CRMs, inboxes, calendars, spreadsheets, support desks, project management tools, phone systems, and internal docs are usually workable. If a tool has an API, export, webhook, or reliable interface, we can often connect it.
- What happens if something breaks?
- Monitoring is part of the service. We watch for failures, unexpected outputs, stuck workflows, and quality drift. The point of the monthly retainer is that somebody owns reliability after launch.
- How do I get started?
- Take the AI Employee Fit Quiz or book a 30-minute fit call. We pick the first role, define the workflow, confirm the success metric, and decide whether the managed retainer is the right next step.
Still Not Sure?
30 minutes. We pick the first AI employee role and tell you if the managed model fits. No pitch deck. No pressure.
