How it works

Answer every call. Account for every lead you paid for.

The same call recording that stops you losing a job is the evidence that gets your money back on a bad lead. One system, both jobs.

The problem

Two leaks, and almost nobody checks either one.

Leak one

You pay for leads that were never real

Wrong service. Outside your area. Already hired someone. A number that never picks up. Between one in ten and one in five purchased leads is junk, and every one of them is a charge you have to fight by hand, one at a time, inside a window that closes.

Leak two

You pay for good leads and nobody answers them

At $60 to $104 a lead, a call that rings out while you are under a sink is not a missed call. It is a hundred-dollar bill you already paid, burned. Most solo operators cannot answer and work at the same time, and the platforms do not refund a lead you failed to pick up.

The pipeline

What happens to every call and every lead.

  1. 01

Every call gets answered and recorded

The receptionist picks up on the first ring — mid-job, after hours, on a roof. It gets the job, the address, the callback number, and how urgent it is, then texts you the summary. Nothing rings out to voicemail while you are holding a wrench.

  2. 02

    Every call gets transcribed

Transcription is the cheap part. It is also the part that makes everything downstream possible: without a record of what was actually said, a refund request is your word against the platform's.

  3. 03

    Every lead gets classified

Each purchased lead is read against its transcript and record, then sorted: no-answer, wrong service, out-of-area, already hired, or good. The junk categories are the ones platforms are supposed to credit.

  4. 04

Evidence gets built while it is fresh

A refund request that says "this lead was bad" gets denied. One that cites the moment in the transcript where the caller says they are in a different city, or already hired someone, is a different conversation. We build that citation automatically.

  5. 05

Filings go out inside the window

Angi gives you 30 days. Thumbtack gives you 45. Most pros miss these windows not because the leads were fine, but because filing takes an evening they do not have. We file inside the window, and you approve each one before it goes.

  6. 06

    Charges get reconciled against credits

Google replaced manual LSA disputes with machine-learning auto-credits that show up weeks later with no explanation. We match what you were charged against what came back, so you can see whether the credits actually add up.

Where you start

The Free Refund Audit, in four steps.

01

Connect your lead accounts

Read-only to start. We pull the last 90 days of purchased leads from the platforms you buy on, plus your call records if you have them.

02

We classify every lead

Each lead gets read against its call transcript and record, then sorted: no-answer, wrong service, out-of-area, already hired, or good. Machine work, checked by a human.

03

You get one number in 48 hours

Not a dashboard. One dollar figure: what you were charged for leads that should never have been billed, over the last 90 days. No card, no call required to see it.

04

You decide what happens next

Walk away with the number and file the disputes yourself, or have us do the filing. Either way the audit is yours and it is free.

Then, if you want the back catalogue

We go back through the last 12 months of purchased leads, build the evidence for each bad one, and file inside every platform window still open. You pay a quarter of what actually lands in your account. Recover nothing, pay nothing. Capped at $5,000.

What we will not pretend

The limits, stated up front.

If you have been buying leads for a few years you can smell a pitch. Here is the stuff a pitch would leave out.

Credits are at the platform's sole discretion

Angi and Thumbtack decide what they refund and there is no appeal above them. We cannot guarantee an outcome, which is exactly why the audit is free and the recovery fee only applies to money that actually lands in your account.

There is no partner API for this

Nobody has one. We work inside your account with your permission, the same way you would. That is why this ships as a co-pilot you click through rather than something running unsupervised from day one — and why we earn the right to automate deeper one platform at a time.

We started with Angi on purpose

One platform done properly beats five done badly. Angi has the loudest pain and the cleanest 30-day window. The audit reads every platform you buy on so your number is complete, but automated filing is being built in order.

Google is deleting your history

Phase 1 of the LSA migration to Performance Max started in August 2026 for plumbing, HVAC, electrical, roofing and the rest. The dashboard redirects, historical performance reports do not carry over, and you get 14 days' email warning to export. Whatever you have not saved is gone.

Still want to see the number?

Ninety days of your purchased leads, classified, back in 48 hours. Free, and you are not committing to anything by looking.
